The Marin Foster Care Association (MFCA) is at the forefront of support and advocacy for foster children and their dedicated caregivers.

While not everyone is in a position to foster a child, anyone can help support a foster child! Below are 5 ways you can help Marin County foster children:

  • Make a cash donation in support of foster kids and their caregivers in Marin
  • Donate in-kind items. Please email donations@marinfostercare.org to inquire about our current needs.
  • Volunteer with us. Email volunteer@marinfostercare.org to learn more.
  • Share our website and social media pages with others. www.marinfostercare.org
  • Hold a drive at your work, church, or school to help stock our Community Resource Center with supplies, clothes, diapers, and toys for foster families. Email lena@marinfostercare.org to get started.

About Foster Our Future Marin

You can foster hope and foster the future by fostering a Marin County child. Children come into the child welfare system through no fault of their own. They all need and deserve a loving, safe place to call home. You can help! This is an opportunity to give back to your community while sharing your unique skills and interests with a child. It is an experience that has the ability to truly change a child’s life, as well as your own.
